Yesterday we celebrated the Solemnity of the Sacred Heart of Jesus and today we celebrate the Solemnity of the Immaculate Heart of Mary.
In a book I’m reading – God’s Final Effort, by John M. Haffert; he talks about the Consecration to the Two Hearts in chapter seven saying:
Not Equal, but One Flame of Love. St. John Eudes was… born in France in 1601, forty-six years before St. Margaret Mary Alacoque [Miraculous Medal]… [and] was perhaps the first to speak of the “Sacred Heart of Mary”.
He composed the Mass and office of the Immaculate Heart and the [same] for the Sacred Heart… he joined the two hearts [and]…spoke of them as one. [These] words might give us pause. But the reality…is transcendentally beautiful. It is the realization that the Hearts of Jesus and Mary are two flames which God has joined together into one great flame of love for Him and for men. And we poor creatures, can plunge the little love we have into that great flame where it, too, become one with it.
…we, as humans, identifying ourselves with the human heart of Mary, enter into that Flame of Love to be truly one with the Heart of Our Savior. The words of Our Lord…seem to say,… “I have given you this admirable Heart of My dear Mother to be one with yours, so that you might have a heart worthy of Mine.” [Thus] this is not a matter of our choice, but of God’s choice. This is not a matter of our planning…[intimacy] with our Father God, but His.
We deserve chastisement. God’s final effort to save us is through LOVE.

Change is happening rather quickly. Agendas are being pushed through congress with very little concern about what the majority of people want. Our Country is quickly becoming something between a dictatorship and communist regime.
Persecution is imminent especially with the Hate Crime Legislation placing restrictions on what pastors and priests can say from the pulpit – punishable by law. Hey does that sound familiar… Many are caving in to the agenda today and playing God.
So where does that leave us on this wonderful day? Wondering when and how soon, can we hold fast to the faith, how many will be lost? I believe the answers to those questions might be: Soon, if you Keep your Eye’s on Jesus He will help us through, and there will be – as there has already been – those who will “go with the flow” and not pay attention to the “approaching rapids” and somehow close their eyes and take a deep breath with the thoughts “maybe I’ll wake up okay?”
Those who are already in The Bastion are prepared and we pray daily for the graces necessary to see the deception so blatant in this day. But for those who are unawares, we pray especially for their salvation – for their eternal souls.
Happy Solemnity of the Immaculate Heart! Her Immaculate Heart WILL triumph with her Eternal Son’s Sacred Heart right at her side. BELIEVE. PRAY, Pray, pray!
“Dear children! The Most High is giving me the grace that I can still be with you and to lead you in prayer towards the way of peace. Your heart and soul thirst for peace and love, for God and His joy. Therefore, little children, pray, pray, pray and in prayer you will discover the wisdom of living. I bless you all and intercede for each of you before my Son Jesus. Thank you for having responded to my call.” ~Monthly Message, Our Lady of Medjugorje’s June 25, 2014.
