[Brothers and Sisters] …we are ambassadors for Christ, as if God were appealing through us. We implore you on behalf of Christ, be reconciled to God.  For our sake He made Him to be sin who did not know sin, so that we might become the righteousness of God in Him.

Working together, then, we appeal to you not to receive the grace of God in vain.  For He says: “In an acceptable time I heard you, and on the day of salvation I helped you.”

Behold, now is a very acceptable time; behold, now is the day of salvation.

Week 3: Day 14 of 40 DaysMonday March 20th…  Click on the day to read today’s reflection.

Yes…ALREADY! The days have been shortened considerably, ask any geologist about the earthquake in Chili and see what they have to say.  But from God’s perspective, He said while He was on earth that…

“And if those days had not been shortened no human being would be saved; but for the sake of the elect those days will be shortened.” ~Mt 24:22

Which again further restates what these Lenten posts have said from day one, NOW is the time to PREPARE for the coming Passion of Christ.   As St Paul tells us:

We beg you not to receive the GRACE of God in vain.  For He says, “In an acceptable time I have heard you; on a day of salvation I have helped you.”  NOW is the ACCEPTABLE TIME! NOW is the DAY OF SALVATION!~2 Cor 6: 1-2, Evening Prayer I, Second Sunday of Lent, Christian Prayer, emphasis added.

So during this “Acceptable Time” you have made a list of FIVE (5) things that you would like to change about yourself.  Habits that need… Read More

Check Up: Our World is Changing… Wednesday, March 22nd

“The Feast of Sukkoth comes about the end of our month of September or at the beginning of our month of October.  The Jerusalem Campaign will last a little over six months, with a preaching and teaching campaign that brought memories of Isaiah and Jeremiah in the same city centuries before.  And the city is waiting for this new Prophet and everyone is wondering what will happen in Jerusalem when He gets there.” ~Fr Clifford Stevens, 2nd Sunday of Lent, Homily.

If you have been able to attend daily Mass, then you have heard within the readings that the Jerusalem Campaign is well on its way!  So far Jesus has preached several times within the Temple Mount, the Pharisees have been present for much… Read More

Rest assured, you will all be in my prayers!  I also ask that you keep me in yours!

May God Bless each and every one of YOU with abundant GRACES as we continue in our 40 Days in the Desert leading up to our Crucifixion and Resurrection as we follow our Lord into His Glory!

Sheer MadnessEver notice how the world seems to be entering into sheer madness? Or as the Apostle Paul wrote to the Thessalonians: For the mystery of lawlessness is already at work; … The coming of the lawless one by the activity of satan will be with all power and with pretended signs and wonders, and with all wicked deception for those who are to perish, because they refused to love the truth and so be saved. Therefore God sends upon them a strong delusion, to make them believe what is false, so that all may be condemned who did not believe the truth but had pleasure in unrighteousness.
